Every now and then I try to take a light-hearted approach to the man who changed my life, my philosophy, and the way I approach just about everything. Wittgenstein once said “Love is not a feeling,” and I know he’s right. But how to show love with action rather than words? That’s a major philosophical question that I’ve unfortunately not been able to answer.

Here are a few thoughts I’ve had about what it would be like if Wittgenstein were alive today. Don’t take this too seriously – this is mostly an exercise in humor, an aspect of life I’ve always struggled with. As Wittgenstein himself said, an entire book of philosophy should be written composed of nothing but jokes. So, if Ludwig were alive today . . .
